Genzo pairs traditional Japanese flavours and techniques with cutting-edge ideas. Let’s start with some small plates; finger food that’s big on character. The Shitake Tempura & Ponzu is perfect to nibble, and equally as pleasing is the outrageously tasty combo of Yellow Fin Tuna Onigiri, Stracciatella & Umeboshi.
In the mood for something raw? Plump for the Cobia Sashimi with Grapefruit Ponzu & Saffron or take a punt on the delicate Scallop with Wasabi & Whipped Roe. Real albeit brief flavour explosions.
