Founder Trezzi has sculpted a Mediterranean vacation within his restaurant. Next, indulge in a zucchini flower with "Frittata Romana", olives and artichokes salsa, followed by house-made spaghetti with blue swimmer crab, chilli and light napoletana. A roasted duck breast impresses next with an Plums sauce before the final triumph a warm date pudding served with vanilla custard, toffee sauce and pistachio gelato.
