And they do it from the get-go. Beaming out from the street with all the brilliance of Tokyo's Shinjuku district, Chef David has seemingly been taken out of a modern Asian metropolis. Walk in and neon figurines and optical illusions prepare you for an evening of adventure ahead. Once you've been led to your table, you'll notice that even the dining room shifts and evolves throughout the evening; one minute it's purple, and the next it's blue, keeping you on your toes until the evening is through.

When it comes to authenticity, they have it on lock. From the grill comes skewers galore, with options that include wagyu beef, prawn, chicken rib, sliced potato, and for the more adventurous, chicken gizzard skewers and more. You won't go hungry with the wok cooking up the likes of salt and pepper squid or prawn for seafood lovers, sticky sweet and sour pork loin, or sweet and sour eggplant for vegetarians.

Rice and noodle dishes won't be a miss with truffle wagyu fried rice, duck fried rice, and a beef stir-fried rice noodle dish. For something sweet to end the night, desserts include green tea or black sesame ice cream and a matcha cheesecake.
