Monsieur Chow offers a playful take on typical South East Asian-inspired cuisine, with a focus on shared dining and a lively social atmosphere. While honouring the legacy of Ally Chow, Medi is infusing the venue with a fresh, refined approach, blending French sophistication with Southeast Asian flavours. Many of the beloved dishes will return, reimagined with French techniques, including a bold take on Vietnamese-inspired beef tartare.

Complementing this culinary evolution, the venue itself is undergoing a stylish upgrade, transforming into a speakeasy-inspired space with intimate entertainment and a nod to old-school cinema charm.
