They pride themselves on creating la vera cucina Italiana – the most authentic of Italian dishes prepared fresh daily by real Italian chefs. Our pizzas are made with thin pizza bases from a closely guarded family recipe.

The pastas are hand-made with ingredients freshly sourced from the Rossetti family farm in the Southern Highlands.
