It’s all about soul at Japan All Stars, a Japanese venue in Crows Nest.

Japan All Stars has taken over the iconic Paradoxe restaurant building site, located at 98 Falcon Street. The French flavours have gone and in their place? Some of the most authentic and delicious Japanese dishes you’ll find in the entire state.

The signature dish at Japan All Stars is the hiroshimayaki, the “soul food” of Hiroshima. Layers and layers of appetising ingredients are built onto your plate, including a textured, tasty base of fried noodles.

The delicious dishes do not stop there. Sushi and sashimi are prepared fresh to order and are perfect for sharing but we wouldn’t blame you if you wanted to keep them for yourself. Teppanyaki, tempura and other traditional Japanese mains are also available.

The drinks list here is truly exquisite. It’s a celebration of Japanese producers, from the beer to the sake to the whiskey. Wines and non-alcoholic beverages are also available.
