Pablo’s Kitchen is led by executive chef and creative director David Michaels, who has created a menu that focuses on authentic cuisine made with first-class, fresh ingredients.

The menu here is a blend of Mexican and Latino favourites. Think tacos, ceviche, empanadas, South American barbeque, churros, burritos, nachos – it’s like the greatest hits of flavour-packed food that’s incredibly moreish and perfect for sharing.

This is a licensed venue, with cocktails, beer, wine and of course, sangria available to help add a little extra fiesta to your meal. You can even enjoy a margarita while you wait for your meal to arrive.
