A sweeping establishment of grandeur and opulence, Dovetails inspires that open-eyed wonder. A huge dining room plays host to a heavenly marble bar, cascading light features and a certain perfectionism to symmetry. Linger in their magnificent halls, bask in the light pouring in from the dramatic windows and savour the sheer luxuriousness and perfection that makes Dovetails so special.

Heading the kitchen is Shannon Ellison. With an exceptional eye for detail and two decades' experience in gastronomy, Ellison is the tastebuds behind Dovetails' menu. And just like the whole sparkling establishment, the menu pulls out all the stops to impress. Crack open the evening with some kingfish numas, warm smoked brie or indulge in a true specialty with the white bean, chorizo and finocchiona. Always innovative and adventurous, Dovetails wants to challenge your culinary horizons.

And so, onto mains where you will find the harissa lamb, a nourishing mussel risoni and tender beer chicken submerged in a dreamy combination of spinach, tomato, white beans and sunshine lager. Whilst Dovetails' meuniere barra is causing quite the stir. If that all sounds too heavy, the verde lasagne makes a delicious meat-free alternative. That way you'll hopefully have room for the berry brioche or delightful caramel pudding! They're dove at first sight.
