The scent of gorgeous Thai spices mingles with the fresh ocean breeze as you stroll down Avalon Parade and stop outside Sky Thai. Glancing inside, you’ll see golden lights flirting with material that’s been draped from the ceiling, adding a darker point of interest in the intimate dining room.

The menu, however, is anything but small in size. Authentic Thai dishes are the flavour of the day, and the Sky Thai team has a long list of favourites that are bound to have you salivating. From traditional curries to salads to stir-fries and noodle dishes, there truly is something for everyone. Vegetarian dishes are on the menu, with some vegan options available too.

Yet Sky Thai isn’t just a venue known for producing mouth-watering dishes. The owners pride themselves on sourcing as many local ingredients as possible—you’re supporting local producers when you eat here. The only things not sourced in Australia are the Thai spices and chilli paste.
