And once you look at the menu, you're heart will soar when you spot their all-day breakfasts that include a giant brekkie roll with egg, bacon, hash browns and scrambled tofu (if you want to make it vegan), and a unique breakfast enchilada that thankfully doesn't go easy on the cheese.

Lunch still taps into the brunch vibe with shakshuka, eggs benedict and stacks of pancakes, but offers other bites that are suitable for a midday feed. Such yums include fish of the day, kangaroo burgers, and ambitious BLAT sandwiches that are too tall for one mouthful. Round it all off with one of Soul's signature mug cakes, accompanying it with another mug - except this time it's a hot chocolate or chai latte.
