A new chapter at Butcher & The Farmer welcomes Will & Steve as lead chefs.
The collaboration between Will & Steve and Butcher & The Farmer was an organic development. Will and Steve identified an opportunity to realize their aspiration to become restaurant operators and progress from being ‘home cooks.’
They have curated a completely new menu from scratch to fit perfectly with the Butcher & The Farmer’s philosophy. “We want to encourage diners to enjoy the new dishes. Wash it all down with a cocktail or beer, or a vino from the extensive wine list."
