This time around, Mille Vini has gone for a moodier look. The centrepiece has to be the marble bar that exudes exclusivity from its ice blue/charcoal exterior whilst exposed brickwork keeps things grounded and rustic. The kitchen is headed by Francesco Di Gioia who has composed a menu that heralds the beauty of simple food done to perfection.
