Inside it's just as beachy and stylish with an indoor/outdoor dining concept all year long. And with the odd surfboard making its appearance throughout the restaurant, Barefoot is all about that ocean-orientated Australian lifestyle.

Australian it may be in look and feel, but the menu is decidedly international. The starters begin by whizzing across the globe with swordfish sashimi served with Nahm Jim and Thai basil, Greek prawns wrapped in katafi pastry, and Szechuan chicken wings with Barefoot signature sauce.

The bigger plates go even further for parmesan-crusted swordfish (their version of fish and chips), fish tacos filled with battered flathead, and Brazilian maqueca which sees local seafood slowly simmered in a spritely broth of coconut milk, lemongrass and coriander.
