And with the ocean literally at their fingertips, you can just imagine how breathtaking their seafood is. The starters get the menu off to a strong start with varied and experimental seafood platters, signature calamari with a Chilean tartare, tuna carpaccio and oysters done a variety of different ways.

The mains also pay homage to the ocean with Macadamia-crusted barramundi and baked lemon sole, also making sure to give the land some love too. From eye fillet with truffle mash to baked lamb rack and a BBQ meat platter, there are plenty of stunning dishes to mark any special occasion with. Plus, everything tastes better by the sea.
