In the beginning was the beer—and that beer helped spawn a restaurant that is now a firm favourite on the Newcastle dining scene. FogHorn Brewery is perfect for anyone looking for a hearty and tasty meal.
This restaurant is all about the “paddock to plate” ethos that is so on trend today. Meat is sourced locally from Hunter Valley producers, and as much of the fruit and vegetables as possible come from nearby sources too.
Food is then prepared by head chef Daniel Correia, who draws on years of experience to present a range of culinary delights that will have your mouth watering. Whether you’re after one of the venue’s crispy base pizzas or classic burgers, there’s plenty on offer to choose from. If you’re looking for a more substantial meal, there will be something to entice you on the mains list.
Match your meal with a beverage from the FogHorn range. Their craft beers complement the menu perfectly—the hardest part will be deciding which ones to choose. Luckily, someone from the expert team of bartenders will be on hand to help you with that.
