The star of Susuru's show is the huge array of ramen and gyoza combinations, all available with meat, vegetarian, or seafood options or as 'half rations' for lighter meals. From the 'Traditional Ramen' with an intensely flavorful, rich pork broth to the 'Shoyu ramen', a lighter chicken-based broth with soy, guests will find the bowl made for their taste buds.

The gyoza at Susuru Ramen & Gyoza Bar is handmade daily, and all varieties are available steamed or fried in portions of five or six, depending on how hungry they are! Fillings are made using the finest, freshest ingredients available.
