A deep respect for the farmers, fishermen, food artisans and growers is shown in the menu. Try out the Pasture winter bruschetta, with sauteed forest mushrooms, whipped goats cheese, almond dukkah, garden herbs served with two poached eggs on toasted white sourdough. Or the zucchini, corn and feta fritters, with avocado, smoked salmon, sour cream, chives and poached egg served with pomegranate molasses
