Sydney let’s brunch!

Who doesn't love a leisurely weekend breakfast or brunch. Especially if it’s a wallet friendly find on First Table. Not just limited to dinner, the early bird also gets the best deal at breakfast or brunch at some of these tasty Restaurants in Sydney.

oscars cafe and dessert bar, brunch restaurants, brunch in sydney

Oscars Cafe and Dessert bar

Healthy brekkies and killer juices are on the menu at Oscar's Cafe and Bar. Head on over to get your day off to a roaring start. Fill up with the big breakfast (vegetarian available) piled high with mushrooms, tomatoes, baked beans and of course, the meaty essentials. For a more healthy vibe, opt for the chia and almond bircher or acai bowl. For a real treat, there's the Oreo pancakes, served with fruit, Nutella mascarpone, Oreo crumble, pistachio and maple syrup.

Meet Mica

This little gem of a café is nestled in the heart of Surry Hills. The all day breakfast or brunch menus are where to start, but the choices may leave you wanting to visit again and again. The granola bowl, or eggs benny are tried and true staples, but for something more adventurous try out the crab egg croissant, carbonara udon or the signature lobster congee. With an impressive drinks menu, you’ll need to order up large, as the house ice teas, specialty teas by MS cattea, Japanese latte, juices and smoothies all look too good to stop at one.

Seven Shores

Seven Shores is a friendly and welcoming cafe located just a short distance from Clovelly Beach. The cafe offers healthy and nutritious food options all day long, perfect for surfers and beachgoers wanting to fuel up (or relax and unwind!).

From simple options like breaky wraps and bacon and egg rolls to more trendy choices like DIY Acai bowls and Shakshuka, to delicious burgers, salads, and wraps, there are hearty and satisfying meal options for one and all. Come as you are, whether dressed up or dressed down, and enjoy the warm and inviting atmosphere at Seven Shores.

The runaway spoon, brunch Sydney

The Runaway Spoon

Proudly owned and operated, The Runaway Spoon has been looking after Lindfield locals and visitors for over 15 years. Breakfast and lunch are serving up home-cooked eats and bowls full of love. Think fresh fruit, coconut and chia or a savoury bowl loaded with avocado broccoli, mushrooms, halloumi and poached egg. If you’re in the mood for a fry up, fear not the big breakfast will fill the hungriest of tums, full of all the good stuff! And we won't go into details, but there's an entire menu dedicated to eggs!

If you're in for lunch the bowls theme continues: lamb and roast cauliflower or smoked salmon wonton will set you right. There's also burgers and open sandwiches (anything from wagyu beef, crispy chicken or lentil and pumpkin) a baked spinach, ricotta and pumpkin soufflé or the fried chicken waffles, it’s easy to see why The Runaway Spoon is a crowd favourite.

Pasture of Balmoral, Brunch Sydney

Pasture of Balmoral

Pasture’s motto is “pasture to plate” with a commitment to using quality ingredients that are sustainably grown and sourced straight from the producer. A deep respect for the farmers, fishermen, food artisans and growers is shown in the menu. Try out the Pasture winter bruschetta, with sauteed forest mushrooms, whipped goats cheese, almond dukkah, garden herbs served with two poached eggs on toasted white sourdough. Or the zucchini, corn and feta fritters, with avocado, smoked salmon, sour cream, chives and poached egg served with pomegranate molasses
