Thankfully, the Chiosco team do all the hard work so all you need to do is relax with your chosen tipple and enjoy the view.
Created by the team behind renowned Italian trattoria Ormeggio, Chiosco serves up seafood with a distinct Italian flavour.
The menu is regularly altered to reflect the best of the catch and seasonal vegetables. Past favourites include chargrilled octopus tentacle and trout fillet with capers and olives, but it’s best to pop in to find out what’s on tonight’s menu.

Whitewater delicious seafoodSit back and relax in Whitewater’s chic beach house with enviable ocean views.
Enjoy surf and turf from the grill or tuck into something more unusual like the beetroot and scallop risotto. Fresh fish is available tempura style, grilled or pan fried. Depending on the season, you’ll find swordfish, barramundi and oysters on the menu.
