Lunch or dinner, the menu provides a huge variety of fare. Visit the street side eats section first and graze on some pork and chive dumplings, peking pancakes, fried tofu or karaage chicken. Drool. Or take a look at the chargrilled oven for some yakitori or roast pork belly and then the temple stall section for all the greens you can imagine. We can't forget the curries and woks of which you'll find the yellow, green and jungle curries, chicken cashew with coconut cream, or go wild with the drunken stir fry. 

Mecca Bah Brisbane

Sophisticated Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine, Mecca Bah is a divine taste of the Med in Brisbane's Gasworks Plaza. Begin with mezze plates of Persian inspired chicken and coriander money bags, flash fried cauliflower dusted in Moroccan spice, or salivate over the sweet and sour chicken wings with a punch of Middle Eastern spices. Move onto mains like the Meccah Bah burger, short ribs with Moroccan fried potatoes, or perhaps a grilled kebab or stone baked pizza. Finish on a high with Turkish delight and chocolate brownie, or the baklava, with walnuts and pistachio and vanilla ice cream.

Wood fired pizzas and homemade pastas, Salt Meats Cheese Gasworks is every bit authentic Italian as it sounds. Think twirls of moreish prawn linguini, the chefs traditional lasagna, and handmade lamb Ragu Parppardelle. And for the pizzas, you can't get more Italian than the Margherita, capricciosa with double smoked ham, Pescatora with prawns or the calzone loaded with tomato, ham and mushrooms. Squisito!
