Open in 2018, housed within the chic venue The Chambers, their ethos is simple: to bring people together through great food and charming ambience.

Having worked alongside leading chefs Gordon Ramsey and Joel Robuchon, the kitchen team are experienced in cooking food of outstanding quality and flavour.

Their menu focuses on fresh, honest and locally sourced produce, offering stunning seafood, like the crispy skin Huon salmon, and melt-in-the-mouth meats, such as the Dry Aged Bass Strait Rib on the bone. They also serve tasty vegetarian dishes (try the pea risotto with broad beans, asparagus,artichokes, shaved Parmesan & roof top greens).
