Olé

Olé!! We have to offer our congratulations to Alemré Hospitality Group who have succeeded again in bringing a great restaurant to Brisbane's dining scene.

Often used as an interjection to express pleasure or delight, Olé is where you'll find some of the best Spanish food outside of Spain. And no, the tens of thousands of miles between Australia and Spain haven't dampened any flavours or culinary know-how. In fact, Olé is getting super traditional with decades-old recipes, traditional eats and a farm-to-table policy that runs through the entire menu. Just like la Abuela!

There's so much to choose from. Aperitivos are almost mandatory here with the likes of jamon serrano, patatas bravas, Spanish omelette and Pacific oysters going very nicely with your first Sangria. Include tapas, bearing homemade meatballs, crispy pork belly, grilled tiger prawns and grilled Fremantle octopus.

If you prefer to have your own plate, go for gold with a roast cod fillet, any of their brilliant famous paellas or a pork tomahawk steak that gives any special occasion that extra sparkle. And if you're still hungry for more, crispy churros coated in cinnamon sugar should round things off nicely!
