The Forge Pizzeria

With knockout pizza and fantastic service, The Forge Pizzeria is ready to smash your expectations.

This multi award-winning pizzeria was established in 2010 by brothers Chris and Tim Matthews.

It was named after their Grandfather, who was a proud Blacksmith in Ballarat. At the heart of his Blacksmith’s shop, a fire called the forge burned, and so the name was borne.

Passionate in pizza perfection, The Forge creates delicious woodfired pizzas, using the finest local produce and fresh deli ingredients. Diners can watch an expert stretcher spin the fresh dough, before adding tasty toppings and cooking it in a wood-fired oven. Fresh, healthy and woodfired: how pizza should be!
