Start with samosas and vegetarian shashlik cooked in the tandoor oven. For your main course, choose from vegetarian mains like alu baigan eggplant and potato curry and classic saag paneer – Indian cottage cheese served with puree spinach. For meat-eaters, there’s lamb rogan josh, fish masala and the chef’s special Southern Indian style spicy chicken.
