Start with fresh Tasmanian mussels with chilli and Pomodoro sauce, salt and pepper squid or a trio of bruschetta. For your main course, you’re spoilt for choice! There’s traditional Italian favourites like parmigiana chicken, Caesar salad and garlic prawns with rice and white wine sauce. But there’s also a delicious range of classic pasta dishes like carbonara and spaghetti calabrese and delicious pizzas like Italian sausage and tropicana.
