Chef de Cuisines Joseph Cain works closely with fisherman and farmers throughout New South Wales to create a simple, yet refined menu that celebrates some of Australia’s best produce. Adopting a ‘made from scratch’ philosophy try our market fresh Table Concept. Serving small batches of seasonally inspired dishes in a relaxed and interactive setting, the Lunch Table offers a soup of the day, energising salad station, carvery and sandwiches, while our Seafood Table treats guests to an array of fresh seafood including oysters and a whole roasted fish.
