With an excellent hospitality pedigree spanning three decades, Macleay St. Bistro is known for its exquisite cuisine and unique appeal. Nestled in the ‘Paris’ end of Potts Point, this small, French-inspired bistro is open for dinner seven evenings a week and all day on Saturdays and Sundays.
The menu and specials board such as garlic prawns, pork cutlet with red cabbage salad and apple wedges changes monthly, utilising the best ingredients available on the produce markets that week, please refer to the Macleay St. Facebook page for the latest dishes. Entrées on offer include house-cured trout with chive crème fraiche, twice-baked French onion soufflé and chicken liver parfait. On the main menu, you’ll discover delicacies like Southern Highlands grass fed eye fillet with peppercorn sauce and fresh parsley, grass-fed lamb and crispy-skinned Tasmanian salmon. A selection of sides and salads will complement your meal. Finish with a classic French dessert with a Macleay St. twist.
The wine list features many organic or biodynamic wines sourced from France, Australia, Italy, Argentina and New Zealand.
