Fresh from a jawdropping renovation with a brand new name, The Carlisle Hotel & Distillery is excited to welcome guests again at their home in Perth.

And with a new look comes a new menu. The selection of mains is varied and sumptuous. Meat lovers will be glad to get their hands around some sticky pork ribs or tuck into a surf & turf T-bone with all the vegetables and mash on the side.
