Inspired by the flavours of Sicily (also known as God’s Kitchen), I Carusi II - Sorsi e Morsi uses recipes from their own cooking book, as well as several of Nonna’s back in Italy!

Having started in 2004 as a pizzeria, I Carusi II - Sorsi e Morsi specialises in traditional, 48h dough pizzas, as well as fresh pasta, antipasti and sharing boards. Be sure to try a signature dish, like the handmade gnocchi al ragu, or the Alla Moda di Mario pizza, with fior di latte, pancetta, red onion, and a hint of parmigiano, a favourite amongst their Italian fan-base.
