Over at the Springvale branch, they've gone above and beyond to immerse you in the cuisine's origin, plastering life-size portraits of the cities and bringing the whole place to life with heaps of happy foliage.
The starters provide a wonderful chance to graze on authentic flavours without destroying your appetite. So, delight your taste buds with offerings such as sugarcane prawns, creamy chicken satay and a small portion of tender lamb ribs. And with a gorgeous range of handmade dumplings, spring rolls and bao buns, these make the perfect shareable before the main course.
Main course is all about aromatic curries, warming pho fried rice and sumptuous cuts of meat. Battle those rainy day blues with wagyu beef, duck or aubergine curry, all of which feature a perfectly spiced gravy that simply melts away all your troubles. The same goes for their range of steaming pho that nourishes and consoles in equal measure.
