Two Buoys

Located on the beachfront at Dromana, Two Buoys has long been known for its great bayside location, easy-dining tapas, and an amazing wine list that supports local and international wineries. With more than 300 wine labels in the cellar, there’s nothing better than sitting on the front deck watching the sunset. Inside, the venue features two smartly presented areas. On one side of the main room is the wine cellar and restaurant. On the other side of the room is a cocktail bar where you can enjoy premium spirits, craft beer, fantastic local wines, and carefully crafted cocktails.

The menu at Two Buoys offers smaller and larger plates perfect for sharing. Where the size of the plate is no indication of the intensity of taste, you'll find that the flathead tail tacos, sticky chicken wings, pork sliders and veal and chorizo meatballs are a testament to the richness of Spanish cooking. The house smoked rainbow trout is also bound to have you shaking your head in disbelief (in a good way!)

After that, if you have a healthy appetite on you, you'll want to get involved with some of Two Buoys' larger plates that feature a mighty half rack of sticky pork ribs, local dory fillet dressed up with a buckwheat risotto and asparagus, and Spanish prawns. You can even have your pick of housemade sourdough flatbreads topped with an array of luscious Mediterranean ingredients.
