Central to the menu are Central's all-time favourites. These include the slowly braised lamb shanks, chicken schnitzel and the stir-fry of the day. They're also no stranger to a stellar steak; with four on the menu, as well as a prosciutto-wrapped kangaroo steak, customise it as you please. If you're more in the mood for seafood, how about oven-baked barramundi, salmon fillet or a local delicacy with the Moreton Bay bugs?

Other than that, the menu is all Italiano. Boasting a range of sticky risottos, saucy pasta and crispy homemade pizzas, there's a taste of the Med for everyone.
