A summery escape every day of the year, Maman Burleigh encapsulates that Greek, Southern European twinkle with its white, Grecian exterior that wouldn't be out of place in the pristine streets of Santorini. Inside, the sunny paradise continues with a refreshing white exterior punctuated by beautiful indigo paintings that are at once modern and provocative. The accessories follow suit with creamy whites and vibrant green potted greens that create a breezy and free-spirited - yet glamorous - dining experience.

As for the food, the beachy scapes of the Mediterranean are only an order away. Modern cooking steals the spotlight with goodies like ocean trout carpaccio, Tasmanian black mussels with chargrilled sourdough and eye fillet from Cape Grim paired with a stunning truffle emulsion that takes this already-unforgettable cut of meat to another level.

Bigger plates include other beautiful flavours that will blow you away. Take the beef tagine that has been stewed for hours and enjoy sweet contrasts with a mixture of apples, raisins and lemon cous cous.
