That being said, the food is pretty awesome too. The chefs are mighty busy stretching, rolling and tossing pizza dough to ensure the ultimate famous sourdough base before they top it with all sorts of toppings you're already familiar with. We're talking mushroom and ricotta, pepperoni and caramelised onion, and prawns with garlic confit.

The same goes for the pastas where you can gorge on family supper staples in the company of Geelong's trendy community. And just when you think you're free to bop to some fresh tunes, Justin Lane's signature gelato raises its beautiful head and one has to oblige. The dancing can wait another 20 minutes, can't it?
