Welcome to Ruby, an Asian fusion restaurant in Darwin! Enjoy an explosion of spice and flavour at this chic eatery, from spring rolls and salads, to fried rice and noodles, all your favourite dishes can be found here.

Specialising in Pho (a slow cooked beef and chicken broth served with fresh rice noodles, spring onion, bean sprouts, lime and hot chili), try their signature dish with a choice of meat, like the melt-in-the-mouth beef brisket. Or enjoy a medley of Chinese and Asian delicacies, like the Cantonese roast duck, Szechuan prawns, or the clay pot of caramelized pork (a tofu variation is available). As well as catering to vegetarians, Ruby also offers a delightful selection of desserts for the sweet tooth (be sure to try the Banana Spring Roll with vanilla ice cream!).
