Promotion

Win a fiesta extravaganza worth $300 at Mucho Mexicano South Bank in Brisbane, Australia. 

Promotion period 

Campaign Promotion commences at 9.00 am AEST on Thursday the 29th of February 2024 and ends at 11.59 pm AEST Thursday the 14th of March 2024. All entries must be received by the closing time frame as stated.

Promoter

The Promoter of the Campaign is First Table Limited. The Promoter collects the entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion.

This Promotion is in conjunction with Mucho Mexicano South Bank, in Brisbane, Australia.

Eligible Entrants 

This Campaign is open to those who enter via First Table's Instagram post or First Table’s competition entry form and who are 18 years or older as of the date of entry. The Campaign is only open to legal residents of Australia and is void where prohibited by law. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. 

Odds

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Agreement to Rules

By participating, the Contestant agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of First Table as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.

How to Enter

The campaign must be entered by following @First Table and @Mucho Mexicano on Instagram, and tagging who you'd share the prize with on this Instagram reel. 

The entry must fulfill all Campaign requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of First Table. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of First Table. Multiple entries are permitted. 

Prize

The Competition Winner of the First Table and Mucho Mexicano South Bank competition will receive a dining experience at Mucho Mexicano South Bank worth $300 AUD.

The prize cannot be redeemed in conjunction with the First Table discount, the winner must book directly, the prize is subject to booking availability and must be claimed within six months of the competition closing. 

The prize value must be used in one sitting and cannot be split over numerous dining experiences. The Winner is responsible for additional costs not specifically included in this prize. The prize is valid only at the South Bank location of Mucho Mexicano. 

Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected by a random drawing of the Promotion under the supervision of First Table within 48 hours of the competition ending. The Winner will be notified by email. First Table shall have no liability for the Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings or for the Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within four days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.

Claiming Prize 

First Table will pass on the Winner's contact information to Mucho Mexicano South Bank in order to organise the experience.

The Prize must be redeemed by the 14th of September 2024 (6 months after the competition close date) or is otherwise invalid. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted.

Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. No substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for First Table to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

Rights Granted by You

By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that First Table, anyone acting on behalf of First Table, and First Table licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World. This is without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
