Promotion

Win one prize for two people, consisting of $120 First Table credit and twelve x $200 dining experiences over twelve months, at any Melbourne restaurant of the winner's choice. 

The winner will be drawn at random from all entries on this competition webpage.

Promotion period

Campaign Promotion commences at 09:00 am AEST on Thursday 3rd August and ends at 11:59 pm AEST on Thursday 17th August. All online entries must be received by the closing time frame as stated.

Promoter

The Promoter of the Campaign is First Table Limited. The Promoter collects the entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion.

Eligible Entrants 

This Campaign is open to those who enter via First Table's online competition entry form and who are 18 years or older as of the date of entry. The Campaign is only open to legal residents of Australia and is void where prohibited by law. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Odds

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Agreement to Rules

By participating, the Contestant agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of First Table as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.

How to Enter

The Campaign must be entered by completing and submitting this entry form on this page. The entry must fulfil all Campaign requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Multiple entries from the same person will not be accepted in this Promotion period. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of First Table. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of First Table.

Prize

One prize of $120 First Table credit and 12 x $200 reimbursements for a dining experience at a  Melbourne restaurant of the winner's choice, drawn at random from all entries across Australia. Prize is valid for one year, and a dining experience must be done once per month. The winner must make the First Table reservations themselves on their First Table account if they choose to book a First Table restaurant. The twelve dining experiences must be completed by 31 August 2024.

First Table credit can only be redeemed on the First Table website or app and can only be used to make First Table bookings. First Table credit cannot be used to pay for a restaurant meal. Each $200 dining experience will be reimbursed to the winner's bank account after they have dined. The winner must provide a receipt and their bank account details for their experience in order for First Table to reimburse them.  

Payment will be in Australian dollars.

Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected by a random drawing of the Promotion under the supervision of First Table within 96 hours of the competition ending. The Winner will be notified by email. First Table shall have no liability for the Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings or for the Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within four days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.

Claiming Prize 

The Winner may redeem their prize by sending us their receipts for each dining experience and the reimbursement will be credited to their Australian bank account every month. First Table credit will be added to the winner's First Table account after they have provided the email address associated with their First Table account. 

Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. No substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by the Winner is permitted. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for First Table to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

Rights Granted by You

By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that First Table, anyone acting on behalf of First Table, and First Table licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World. This is without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
