Celebrating the ornate, oriental style and design popular in the early 1900s, these rooms contain some of the hotel’s original furniture. The walls are adorned with original Zimmerman paintings, the carpets feature giant Chrysanthemum flowers and the theme is a bold magenta red.

This distinctive and luxurious venue is the setting for a refined Asian-inspired menu. Enjoy oriental style snacks like crispy duck and shitake spring rolls, Thai fish cakes and chilli chicken gyoza. There’s also an Australian cheese platter, Sydney rock oysters and delicious black hummus with yellow corn chips.

The bar offers a wide range of teas, soft drinks and mocktails as well as vibrant cocktails, quality spirits and regional and imported wines.
