Boiler House Cafe

Spread over two levels, the Boiler House Café boasts magnificent views of the Megalong Valley. This heritage building originally stored then coal-fired, stream-driven generator which supplied the heating and electrical needs of the hotel.

The café has industrial chic décor and a warm and laid-back atmosphere, it’s ideal for relaxed dining.

The menu features a hearty line-up of traditional pizzas, pastas and classic burgers. Tuck into free range slow roasted chicken, braised lamb shank with Moroccan couscous and potato gnocchi with yellow squash, made with regional produce.

Don’t forget to save room for dessert, there’s tempting apple crumble, banoffee pie and lemon meringue.
