Business Development Manager Sydney
First Table, a leader in tech innovation within the hospitality sector on a global scale, is on the lookout for a vibrant Business Development Manager to join our team in Sydney, NSW. With our eyes set on breaking new ground in exciting markets, we require a strategic pioneer to help steer our growth journey. This role is a Work-from-home position but will require face-to-face interaction with restaurants multiple days per week.

Responsibilities
- Implement a sales strategy for Sydney that aligns with the company's objectives.
- Forge long-lasting relationships with restaurants in Sydney.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of market trends and competitors, using this knowledge to identify new opportunities.
- Drive user acquisition and retention strategies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry is a massive plus, and your ability to hit the ground running with existing contacts will push you to the top of the queue for this position.
- Whilst years of sales experience are not required for the role, you must demonstrate the skills and enthusiasm to become a successful BDM.
- The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who will flourish in an autonomous environment.
