Darley's Restaurant

Darley’s Restaurant is Lilianfels Resort and Spa’s signature fine dining venue.

The multi-award-winning hatted restaurant was inducted in the Australian Hotels Association Hall of Fame in 2010 and in 2013, won Tourism Accommodation Association NSW Awards for Excellence, Regional Restaurant of the Year.

With views across the historic formal English gardens and the Jamison Valley, the main dining room seats up to 50 people. Exuding old-world charm, there’s ornate fireplaces, plush furnishings and crystal chandeliers.

The menu offers innovative, modern Australian cuisine created from fresh, local produce. There’s something for everyone with several gluten free and vegetarian options, meat and fish dishes and a speciality cheese list.
